First, I was impressed with the weight and elegance of every piece. The pans have "sexy" curves to them and are very attractive. I decided these are not going into a cupboard ... not my set! I've ordered a stainless steel wall-mounted pot rack from which to hang them, so I can really enjoy their beauty everytime I'm in my kitchen. The first night I made gravy in the small saucepan. What a dream to clean! Just this morning, I made bacon in the saute pan. The bacon was done so quickly due to the even heating, it was very surprising. Again, a dream to clean! I whole-heartedly recommend this set to anyone. I threw out all of my old non-stick stuff, along with my old utensils. She got me just about all of the utensils too!
